Tour de Cincinnati

Coming Soon?

I think so, anyway, though “soon” is relative. Of many places under construction in our city, I am especially excited about these:

BrewRiver/Tap & Screw (Oakley)
BrewRiver GastroPub recently posted that its catering kitchen is moving from Madeira to Oakley, where it will open and serve food in partnership with an expansion Tap & Screw location at the corner of Markbreit and Madison. Tap & Screw’s Oakley brewery will be a “boutique brewery with small batch brewing happening on premises.” Great food and beer? Yes, please. Opening date TBD.

The Renegade Grille (Evanston)
Renegade Street Eats, my favorite food truck featuring fantastic wings and burgers, is opening a permanent space inside Listermann. There, they will have a full menu, including fries (my favorite!). Being able to eat Renegade and drink Listermann beer in the same spot is one of my favorite things. An expanded Renegade menu and Listermann beer will take it to an entirely new level. Expected early 2017.

Sleepy Bee on Fourth (CBD)
One of our favorite local breakfast places is under construction on 4th and Vine. There was a Cincinnati flurry* of news articles from late 2015 detailing a late-2016 opening, but I haven’t seen any rumblings since, except for actual construction in progress. This location, its third, will serve the same breakfast and lunch options as the Oakley and Blue Ash restaurants. Opening date TBD.
What are you looking forward to opening in 2017?
*Like, not enough to accumulate, but enough to get everyone all up in a tizzy.
