I recently had a conversation with @drinkingdiningdione about goetta dishes in Cincinnati, and I gave her a few ideas off the top of my head. But naturally, it sent me down a rabbit hole and now I have a complete list of area goetta dishes I’ve had and that still need to try.
There are many places where you can buy goetta (I prefer from a local butcher*), and even more restaurants that serve it as a side or as an option on a breakfast sandwich. But when it comes to more inventive goetta dishes on the menu, here are many that you (and I) need to try:
