Curious where to go and sit outside to eat this warm season? This comprehensive (and always evolving) map provides a detailed collection of restaurants in greater Cincinnati that has outdoor seating. My personal favorites are the ones in purple and are also listed below. (Be sure to also check out all of the restaurants with outdoor space on the dog-friendly page!)

Beer Gardens and City Oases

Arnold’s Bar and Grill (CBD)
Secluded, private outdoor dining at Cincinnati’s oldest bar, featuring live music.

Arthur’s Cafe (Hyde Park)
One of my favorite non-river-view outdoor seating areas in Cincinnati. Peaceful and wonderful.

Eli’s BBQ (East End)
No-frills eatery featuring some of the best, most reasonable food around and a covered patio for their outdoor space.

Findlay Market (OTR)
Beer garden, restaurants, and food vendors all in one place.

Kreimer’s Bier Haus (Miamitown)
Wooded sanctuary with a Great Miami River view, live music, and some of the best German food around.

Krueger’s Tavern (OTR)
I loved this space when it was Lavomatic and knew that, whoever was going to snatch up this location when it closed was going to have a gem on their hands.

Mecklenburg Gardens (Corryville)
An urban oasis in the heart of Corryville features a leafy canopy, Mustard Club, and some really great German beer options.

Nada (CBD)
Serene and relaxing atmosphere in the heart of bustling downtown Cincinnati.

Quan Hapa (OTR)
One of the more underrated outdoor seating spots has one of the best atmospheres in the city. Great food, too!

Queen City Radio (OTR)
QCR is a bar with an enormous beer garden as well as Queen City Whip permanently onsite, a delicious food truck serving all-American diner food.

City and River Views

Cabana on the River (Addyston)
Casual food, live music, and river views. A tropical atmosphere on the Ohio. What more could you want on a nice warm night?

City View Tavern (Mt. Adams)
Regularly appearing on best burger lists, you can enjoy pub food, a beer, and a great view of the city and river from the patio.

The Gruff (Covington)
Dog-friendly pizzeria and deli with outdoor seating that looks out to the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge.

Incline Public House (Price Hill)
Gastropub with outdoor patio that sits atop the former Price Hill Incline and overlooks the Cincinnati skyline.

Moerlein Lager House (CBD)
Cincinnati staple featuring really good food, a huge beer list, and sweeping river vistas (from inside and out).

Next time you find yourself out and about and want to know where the nearest restaurant is that has outdoor seating, refer back to this map.
