This Week in Awesome: Streetcar Bar Crawl Edition

I am beyond fortunate to be surrounded by so many smart, caring, generous, talented, overall great people, and to have celebrated my 32nd birthday with so many of them this past weekend. I am thankful for all of my family members who are also friends; for friends I have known my whole life, and those I’ve only known few short years — I am thankful for you all just the same. For bringing a light and enthusiasm to my life every single day. These people inspire and motivate me, and encourage me to live a fulfilled life.
Even more, I am appreciative to be surrounded by so many people — including a few members of the next generation of awesome — who were happy to share in my love for this great city.
For my 32nd birthday (yes, I really am an April Fool), I planned a Streetcar Bar Crawl for family and friends alike. My husband and I picked up a dozen donuts from Holtman’s before meeting a small group at Washington Park. From there, we spent the day:

• Drinking a couple of pints at Rhinegeist
• Having a “market value” beer at Queen City Exchange
• Eating a burger at BRU Burger Bar
• Heading back north to rhinehaus to watch the FC Cincinnati match
• Hanging out at Wiseguy Lounge for pints and Old Fashioneds
